Mir pers nlich hat das Buch nicht wirklich gefallen, da ich es vor allem wegen der Grundlagen und Details zu verschiedenen Methoden des Intervallfastens gekauft habe Tats chlich sind beinahe zwei Drittel des Buches Rezepte, die theoretischen Aspekte f r die Methodem sind f r mich zu kurz und oberfl chlich dargestellt, auf gerade einmal 1,5 Seiten Wen haupts chlich die Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit interessieren und wer ein paar Tipps, Tricks und Hinweise bez glich des Intervallfastens ben tigt [...]

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer nachhaltigen Di t, bei der ich nicht nur M hren und Sellerie knabbern darf und keinen Sport machen muss Dieses Buch war die optimale L sung es bietet diverse Ern hrungspl ne, bei der man sich im Grunde Kohlenhydratefrei ern hrt, ohne Sport und ohne Hungern Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Einfachheit Man muss halt konsequent sein und sich an die Regeln halten

Wer innerhalb k rzester Zeit ein paar Kilos abnehmen will ist mit diesem buch Gold richtig Leckere Rezepte die schnell gemacht sind ohne viel Aufwand und ein ern hrungs plan um sein Wunschgewichg zu erreichen Ich selbst habe schon 7 Kilo in einer Woche abgenommen und ich bin sehr begeistert ich kann dieses Buch nur empfehlen

Ich mache gerade IF und wollte was dazu lernen Also auf der Suche nach neuen Infos In dem Buch fand ich einige Tipps und leckere Rezepte, die ich in den n chsten Tagen nachmachen werde Im Moment klappt es mit IF ganz gut W rde es jedem weiterempfehlen Das ist meiner Meinung nach auch ein Training f r die eigene Willenskraft Also nicht nur Thema Gesundheit sondern auch Thema Pers nlichkeitsentwicklung Zu dem Buch gibt es nen Daumen hoch

Durch das Intermittierende Fasten kann man auf gem tliche Weise abnehmen, ohne viel M he und Anstrengung Dieses Buch ist sehr verst ndlich geschrieben und motiviert dazu, gleich mit dem Fasten anzufangen Man merkt, dass der Autor das Thema ernst nimmt Leute, kann euch das Buch nur w rmstens empfehlen, diese Investionen ist ihr Geld wert.
